Welcome to Golden Wallet (Ví Vàng). By downloading, installing, or using any part of the application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement has the same legal value as a digital civil contract between you and the Golden Wallet development team.
2. Service Definition
Golden Wallet provides a comprehensive personal financial management ecosystem, including but not limited to:
- Market Monitoring: Updating gold prices (SJC, PNJ, DOJI...), foreign exchange rates, fuel prices, and macro-economic indicators.
- Real Estate: Providing property prices, market analysis according to geographical areas.
- Calculation Tools: Simulating loans, repayment schedules, calculating savings interest, and the power of compound interest.
- Chart Analysis & AI: Visualizing historical data and market commentary, AI-powered asset analysis.
3. Disclaimers
All information on Golden Wallet is for reference purposes only:
- AI Analysis Disclaimer: The application provides AI-powered Market Commentary and Asset Analysis features (powered by Google Gemini). The information generated by AI is for reference only. Golden Wallet is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or any investment/financial decisions made based on AI information. Users assume their own risk when using this information.
- Accuracy: Gold prices and Real Estate information are aggregated from various sources. The data may be delayed or contain errors. The application does not commit to 100% accuracy of real-time data. Other auxiliary data (fuel, interest rates) reach an 80% threshold due to transmission latency and third-party list changes.
- Financial Advice: Calculation tools are hypothetical. You should not use these numbers as the sole basis for actual investment or loan decisions without professional appraisal.
- Risk: We are not responsible for any financial loss arising from the use of information on the application.
- Regional Feature Restrictions: Certain features, such as viewing the Real Estate market, may be geographically restricted (only available within Vietnam). The application reserves the right to refuse to provide features if users are outside the supported areas.
4. Premium/Subscription Terms
Golden Wallet offers Premium subscription services (in-app purchases) processed through the RevenueCat system (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). By subscribing, you agree to the following conditions:
- Auto-renewable: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Management and Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription, or request a refund according to their respective refund policies directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- Restore purchases: You have the right to "Restore purchases" on other devices within the same ecosystem.
- Premium Features: Block ads, uninterrupted experience; Unlock advanced charts; View AI statistics and asset analysis; Create unlimited transactions; Smart data entry.
- Reference Pricing (Subject to change by your region/country due to Apple/Google exchange rates): 49,000 VND for a 6-month plan and 79,000 VND for a 1-year plan.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, design interface, logo, icons, and calculation algorithms of Golden Wallet are the exclusive intellectual property of the development team. Any act of copying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized data scraping is strictly prohibited.
6. User Rights and Obligations
You commit to using the application for legal purposes and are responsible for the truthfulness of the information provided. Absolutely do not perform actions that overload the system, distribute malware, or use the application for money laundering or fraud activities.
7. Security and Privacy
The collection and processing of your data are carried out strictly according to our Privacy Policy. We commit to protecting your identity and financial profile using the most advanced encryption technologies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for service interruptions due to network infrastructure failure, force majeure events, or unauthorized intrusions from third parties (hackers) if not due to direct fault on our part.
9. Dispute Resolution
All conflicts will be prioritized for resolution through negotiation and mediation. In case an agreement is not reached, the case will be brought to the competent People's Court in Vietnam in accordance with current laws.
10. Changes and Updates
We reserved the right to modify these terms at any time to suit technology development and legal regulations. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
